- Handle all receptionist duties and office administrative matters
- Support various departments administrative needs
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Team player & also able to work independently
- Possess good customer service skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bilingual (preferably English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues)
- Full time position only
