Job Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the properties own by the Group, ensuring that the properties are kept at its best condition.

· Responsible for the leasing of properties, ensuring 100% occupancy at all times within reasonable means.

· Follow all SOPs diligently and recommend improvements from time to time to achieve operational excellence.

· Assist to explore opportunities in real estate locally and overseas.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of working experience (non-related experiences also considered)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
