Responsibilities

  • Participate in the leasing and planning of a Grade A office building
  • Create and implement marketing and leasing strategies
  • Work with agents to gather market insights and provide updates on the office portfolio
  • Conduct viewings with corporate tenants, negotiate RFPs and lease agreements, and handle tenancy-related matters
  • Contribute to tenant engagement initiatives and develop marketing materials/tools
  • Prepare reports on office rentals, tenancy schedules, and market prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and resources
  • Foster strong relationships and networks with real estate consultants, tenants, partners, vendors, and agents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for degrees in Real Estate.
  • Over 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management, ideally in Retail or Office leasing.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating lease agreements and achieving occupancy goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build solid relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leasing activities at once.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting leasing objectives and deadlines.
