Job summary:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design and implementation of the company's compensation strategies, with a strong focus on incentive plans, competitive pay frameworks and aligning compensation with business goals. The role will collabroate closely with senior leadership, finance, and HR teams to ensure that compensation and benefits are driving business success and talent retention.


Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation stategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives, focusing on incentive plans and pay-for-performance models.
  • Design and oversee competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and equity-based incentives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and bench marketing to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead the design of incentive plans that reward performance and drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with sales and broader business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure compensation strategies support employee engagement and long-term retention.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations in all compensation practices.
  • Lead global mobility initiatives by developing and managing benefits packages for relocated employees.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees on comensation policies and ensure transparency.
  • Provide thought leadership on compensation trends and best practices to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance or a related field.
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on strategic compensation design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing incentive compensation plans in a multi-country, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, market trends, and industry standards.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite executives to align compensation with business strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data and strategies to senior stakeholders.
