Job description:

As the Finance & HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO, and will be in charge of finance, admin and human resources functions of the company.


Key responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely provision of financial information and reports that will be prepared monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually for the various purposes of management report, Board of Directors, shareholders’ requirement, regulatory requirement, audit and other purposes that the company stipulates.

- Advise and support the CEO with regards to finance, financial management, cashflow analysis, management, staffing and other service issues and procedures with the finance, admin and HR scope of the company

- Prepare financial budget and forecast for the company and forecasting the business cashflow requirement and business financial results

- Prepare consolidated accounts to include both financial statements for Singapore and its subsidiaries

- Manage compliance and timely reporting of Goods and Service Tax and other tax compliance matters.

- Assist the CEO in the application, monitoring and on-going updates required for Governmental grants and awards

- Complete the compilation and submission of annual performance review of all employees

- Complete monthly payroll of company and necessary regulatory and statutory filings and submissions

- Responsible in employment matters including recruitment and work visa application.

-Staff income tax matters; preparation of IR8A, income tax submission for foreign staff, IR21 for leaving foreign employees

-Facilitating finance, HR and admin matters between Singapore and its subsidiary

- Any other duties assigned by the CEO


Qualifications:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of Accounting/Auditing experience

- Good understanding of internal controls, corporate governance and workflow processes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Familiarity with MYOB is a plus.

- Good interpersonal skills, hands-on attitude, and a good team player

- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin a plus

- Experience in HR is a plus

- Able to work independently and in collaboration with internal and external partners


Salary: S$4,000 to $6,500
