Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for inventory management and accuracy of inventory at all times.

· Buying stock and checking stock.

· Plan and conduct stock take (Incoming / monthly / year-end).

· Monitor and track inventory movement to maintain healthy stock level.

· Handling stock adjustment, goods return and goods transfer.

· Stock movement checking and reconciliation between in house system and physical count.

· Perform data entry and stock reporting.

· Liaising with factories and handling freight and forwarding documents, valve drawings, certifications etc.

Job Requirements

· Experienced in warehouse inventory management and manage stock movement.

· 2 years stocking/inventory or related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience.

· Good proficiency in MS Office with good organizing skills.

. Proficiency in Excel skills for reporting

. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases are preferred.

· Knowledge in SAP inventory system is preferred.

· A team player and able to work in a fast pace environment, self-motivated and independent.

· Meticulous and physically fit to carry load.

· Able to work OT if needed.

· Able to start work immediately.
