Objective of role:
Assist Head of Human Resource for overall provision of Human Resources services and programs in accordance with the Company’s HR guidelines and policies.
Be involved with the implementation of HR projects, initiatives and strategies, in supporting business growth and changes, by providing HR solutions and recommendations.
Key accountabilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
a. Assist in the recruitment process, shortlisting candidates and coordinating the interviews.
b. Manages the recruitment process including applying for work permits according to the timing defined.
c. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process for staffs.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
a. Coordinating the information required to ensure timely pay out of employees’ salary.
b. Provide support to employees on questions in regards to payroll or benefit topics.
3. Performance Appraisal & Careers Development:
a. Assist in performance appraisal exercise.
4. Administrative
a. Maintaining HR employees Personnel files and to manage enrolment and termination of insurance coverage for employees.
b. Involved in the submission of Finance reports Headcount reports, etc
c. Any other duties assigned.
5. Finance
a. Preparing of invoices, purchase order and bank reconciliation
b. Preparing of payments to vendors
