Roles & Responsibilities

SWIMWERKS ACADEMY is expanding We are scouting for talents to join our growing team that specializes in Learn to Swim Program, Swimming Instructor Courses & Lifesaving Courses.


SWIMWERKS ACADEMY IS LOOKING FOR a senior executive or assistant manager with great interest & passion for sales & operations, developing strategies to drive operational efficiency & growth for the company, who have goals and are career-driven, and who have what it takes to be an outstanding performer.


Responsibilities:

  • The candidate shall drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure, and after-sales
  • Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
  • Network, build, and maintain a good rapport with clients and prospects
  • Resolve customers’ concerns, and provide solutions
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
  • Manpower scheduling & rostering duties
  • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, and remind customers on updates
  • Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas, fostering partnerships and outreach efforts for the company
  • Apply your analytical skills in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and other growth initiatives
  • All other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of related experiences
  • Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
  • Confident & fearless mentality
  • Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
