Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing information: handling invoices, preparing PO, and make sure supplier's invoices are matched with PO
  • Purchase and maintain supplies meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with chefs and supervisors regarding the purchased items.
  • Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues immediately.
  • Manage daily supplies for the central kitchen, food stalls, and office supplies
  • Need to source, negotiate, and coordinate the best pricing with suppliers.
  • Assist HR & Admin Manager with partial HR & admin functions, such as dormitory arrangement, renewing certificates, scheduling vendors and vehicles maintenance.
