Responsibilities:
About the position
We are looking for a positive, customer friendly admin and customer service executive with a strong work ethic for our dance studios. As part of the admin team you will also be required to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Responding to inquiries (email, phone, walk-ins)
- Registering students for classes
- Understand all classes and schedules offered by the Academy in depth to effectively advise customers
- Respond to incoming inquires and leads in a prompt and efficient manner, managing the registration process from initial contact through to signing them up as a fully paid student
- Provide excellent levels of customer service, responding to all types of enquiries to both new prospective and existing clients in a fast and efficient manner
- Communicate within and across admin, sales and teachers teams to achieve business goals of service excellence and growth.
- Key Requirements
- Customer service experience or sales role
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Comfortable with Excel and customer management systems
- Good attention to detail and organized
- Ability to learn and follow procedures
- Good practical common sense
- Conscientious, self-motivated and a drive to get things done
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or Sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
Working hours
- Mondays to Wednesday 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Saturdays & Sundays 9:00am to 6:00pm
