Mission

Gathering, consolidating, and sharing monthly progress reports on all the agency's projects, with a view to recording revenue and the work remaining to be done on each project, as well as triggering invoicing and monitoring payment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and update project budgets.

  • Quantify the need for internal and external resources for the projects and monitor their allocation in relation to forecasts and project progress (e.g. consumed, completed, work remaining to be done, planning).
  • Produce the reporting needed to manage the agency and prepare dashboards.
  • Monitor the "Timesheet" of resources and ensures the validity of consumed resources.
  • Monitor the use of external resources (freelance and outsourcing) and validate their invoicing vs their timesheet.
  • Report on project progress to the Finance Department
  • Ensure that project risks are reported and monitored and propose preventive action
  • Identifying, assessing and managing portfolio risks.

Manage Invoicing & Payments.

  • Monitor invoicing and payments in line with agreed milestones.
  • Drawing up an action plan for payments not received (to avoid provisions).
  • Contractual monitoring.

Prepare the monthly revenue and annual budget.

  • Gather and consolidate sales in terms of projects monthly.
  • Draw up an annual forecast of progress and revenue on current and planned projects on a monthly basis.
  • Estimate the workload to be produced (man days) on the project portfolio.
  • Estimate revenue target budget.
  • Work with leadership on preparing the annual budgeting exercise.

Job requirements

  • You have a degree in IT engineering or equivalent.
    You have worked in a similar role for at least 6 years.
    You have a good command of the following:
