Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Events Coordinator to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of a wide range of events. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing, and managing various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, and charity events. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements, creating event proposals and budgets, and coordinating all logistical aspects of the events.



Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, budget constraints, and desired outcomes

- Develop innovative event concepts and proposals that align with client expectations

- Create detailed event plans, including timelines, schedules, and task assignments

- Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure necessary resources

- Manage event budgets effectively to ensure profitability and cost control

- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation

- Oversee and delegate tasks to event staff to ensure smooth execution of events

- Implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement

- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
