Position Summary:The Events Services Manager at Estilo & Co Events is accountable for overseeing all aspects of event planning, coordination, styling, and execution. This position demands a highly organised and creative individual with strong leadership skills to ensure seamless event operations that meet and exceed client expectations. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, the Events Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional events within budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely services.
  • Manage event venue selection and booking.
  • Event Styling:
  • Conceptualise event themes and decor.
  • Prepare decor items and floral arrangements.
  • Enhance event aesthetics for a memorable experience.
  • Create design materials using design tools.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of event coordinators and stylists.
  • Assign tasks, conduct team meetings, and review progress.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and oversee event budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Client Relations:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients.
  • Provide updates and address client concerns.
  • Event Execution:
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure compliance.
  • Quality Control:
  • Maintain high service quality standards.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with partners to drive event bookings.
  • Devise marketing strategies for visibility and reputation.
  • Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay updated on event industry trends and practices.
  • Introduce innovative ideas for improved client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in event management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software.
  • Leadership, budget management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event styling and Canva or similar tools.
