  • Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works as instructed by the management
  • Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
  • To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
  • Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
  • Assist in any other duties assigned
  • Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to stakeholders.
  • Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
  • Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements:
