Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve client issues promptly
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout their service experience
  • Collaborate with the quoting department to ensure accurate and timely client proposals
  • Document survey data and customer interactions in the system
  • Maintain effective client relationships and uphold high standards of customer service
  • Prepare internal documentation for packing and export consignments
  • Identify and pursue sales leads across different business units
  • Analyse sales data, monitor performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior management
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted strategies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including managing plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the sales team
  • Engage in direct sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to marketing campaigns
  • Conduct onsite surveys to assess client needs and build long-term relationships
  • Align sales strategies with the marketing team and support community growth efforts
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction through regular communication
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the relocation or logistics industry
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market research
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data, monitor performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including managing forecasts and budgets, and identifying new sales opportunities
  • High level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Knowledge of global market trends and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
