Assistant Manager/Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programmes that will improve capabilities of media companies and talent. This includes:
- Desktop / market research on latest industry trends and developments and engage industry stakeholders to collect relevant insights.
- Identify and conduct internal testing and review of new tools / solutions related to Media Technology.
- Design the support mechanisms and solutions that will strengthen Media industry’s capabilities.
- Prepare internal submissions with assessment and recommendations to seek approval for Tech in Media programmes and projects, including presentation of proposals to senior management.
- Engage like-minded partners and lead the project management to ensure programme deliverables are met in a timely manner. This will include contract negotiations, project progress monitoring, funding administration and issues management.
- Collate and review of learnings from tech in media projects to provide insights to guide future Programme(s) development.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant working experience in project management roles, preferably in the media industry as well as managing digital media projects e.g. social media, immersive media, Gen AI. Background preferably in Media, Business, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Well-versed in managing stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Agile team player who can work with ambiguity, loosely defined problem spaces to propose and implement solutions within narrow timeframes.
- Good communication skills (writing and presentation) including ability to explain complex concepts.
- Knowledge of and interest in technology, coding, prompt engineering will be an advantage.
