Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits:

  • 5day work week (2 days off on weekdays)

Job Scope:

  • Attend to walk-in customer
  • Assessing customer requirements and guiding them to the appropriate sales consultant or service advisor
  • Handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing messages and mail, and directing calls as necessary
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives and event coordination
  • Ad-hoc work assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Relevant experience as concierge/ customer service is advantage
  • Entry level is welcome, training will be provided
