Requirements

Educational Background: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

 

Experience

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fresh produce or F&B industry. 

- Experience with importing products from China and understanding of the associated logistics and regulatory requirements. 

 

Skills

- Strong analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

 

Knowledge

- In-depth knowledge of the fresh produce and F&B industry, including market trends and consumer preferences. 

- Understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and regulatory compliance for importing goods. 

 

Personal Attributes

- Highly motivated and results-oriented. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Strong organizational and time management skills. 

 

Additional Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 

- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, given the need to communicate with suppliers in China. - Willingness to travel as required.
