We are seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Project Manager to oversee two key projects related to implementation for the HR payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in HRIS and payroll projects, with a strong understanding of Singaporean payroll laws and regulations.
This is a 7-month contract role based in Singapore. There is a possibility of a short-term extension which is subject to the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two payroll projects: the migration from SuccessFactors to Workday and the implementation of time and attendance functionality on SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with the System Integrator (SI) and vendor to ensure the successful migration of payroll data from SuccessFactors to Workday, while adhering to project timelines and budget.
- Work closely with the HR team to understand requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Ensure accurate calculation and implementation of payroll rules and regulations, particularly in compliance with Singaporean laws.
- Provide guidance and expertise on Singaporean functional rules and regulations to both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Coordinate project activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and user training.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks encountered during the project lifecycle.
- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS and HR projects, with at least 5 years specifically focused on HR payroll projects.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience working with payroll systems, preferably SuccessFactors and Workday.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
