JOB SCOPE

Work with HRIS project team in gathering Data Migration requirements Analyze data quality, identify gaps and implement necessary data cleaning client before migration Perform data cleansing activities in preparation for data migration Perform and document data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting Supporting the implementation of HRIS Participate in special projects or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma qualification, with at least 1-year relevant experience in HRIS or data migration Experience in using Microsoft Excel functions and macros Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work both independently and with a team Independent, organized and meticulous Good communication skills Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
