Job Description:Support the Manager/Assistant Manager of Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in implementing the hospital's informatics strategic roadmap to optimize patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and operationalize policies, guidelines, and frameworks for developing and implementing clinical and health IT systems, such as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
  • Implement work plans to ensure CHIO meets strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage project files, documentation, and meeting minutes for future reference.
  • Support CHIO in executing health informatics training, development plans, and academic/research initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and people management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to initiate, deliver, and drive projects independently.
  • Effective team player.
  • Experience in healthcare policy writing and healthcare systems governance is advantageous.
  • Health informatics certification and project management certification (PMP) are plusses.
