Role: Call Centre Specialist - 1 Year Contract (Renewable + Convertible)Salary: S$2650 to S$4000 per month + Allowances up to $ Month Completion Bonus Client Industry: Banking Industry Work Location: Changi *OR* Jurong

Working Hours: Rotating AM Shift: 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm (5 days work week across weekends, shift determined by manager on roster) Rotating PM Shift: 1pm to 10pm / 2pm to 11pm / 3pm to 12am (5 days work week across weekends, shift determined by manager on roster)

*Job Description:*
•To consistently meet the customer centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery.
•To ensure accuracy and compliant for all customers' requests
•To successfully cross-buy the Bank's products and services
•To successfully migrate customers to Bank's digital platform by understanding customers' wants and needs
•Support operations in managing and resolving requests related to customers' follow up and transactional request fulfilment.
•To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow Customer Service Officers.
•Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by TDCX.
