We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Improvement Associate to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Community Experience operations. This role will identify, analyse, and implement process improvements that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of community experience initiatives.
Day to Day Activities
- Support the BPI executive closely to develop and document the business processes and mapping
- Process Analysis and Mapping
- Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes within the community experience teams
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Document and report all process changes, improvements, and best practices.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and process updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments (FMSS, Finance etc) to align processes and systems for maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with frontline agents to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Implements continuous improvement on the developed processes within the customer experience team
