Main Responsibilities
- Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and offer suitable recommendations/solutions.
- Provide guidance on local and foreign manpower employment in Singapore, handling claims and complaints related to employment disputes, workplace safety, etc.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through open interaction.
- Stay updated on new information and changes to provide accurate advice, and continually upskill to enhance knowledge.
- Manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent introduction of new government policies and requirements.
- Recognize and respond calmly to crisis situations, establish rapport with callers, and promptly report to supervisors for necessary actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum N Level qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable handling inquiries from callers (Training will be provided).
Work Office Location: Yio Chu Kang, (2 bus stops away from MRT).
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Alternate Saturdays: Half day.
