- Performing product pricing for new product development with a focus on the Investment-Linked products as well as supporting risk management recommendations
- Presenting pricing recommendations to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
- Developing and improving analytics, pricing methodologies and general business intelligence
- Supporting and providing input to the Product team on product design and initiatives
- Assisting in the annual planning and budgeting cycle
- Conducting base study for future new products development opportunity
- New product implementation support including system development and sales illustration Testing
- Good progress of Actuarial exams
- 5-7 years of actuarial experiences; pricing experience is preferred
- Experience with AXIS is preferred
- An effective communicator and good interpersonal skills
- A strong and reliable team player as well as able to work independently
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk Management teams
- To facilitate internal discussion with product managers, pricing/valuation team and marketing team from Pricing viewpoint
- Support product approval negotiation with Corporate / Regional and Regulator
