Purpose of Role

The Members Engagement Intern position in our South Asia Pacific (SAPAC) CRM team provides candidates with real-life exposure to how an MNC operates. You will have the opportunity to craft engaging experiences, nurture relationships, and foster loyalty with customers across various channels.

We are looking for candidates who can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.

Your Impact
  • Support the development and execution of internal and external communication plans across SAPAC for our CRM program.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to oversee a wide range of customer engagement activities across multiple touchpoints including CRM, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, retail displays, digital marketing, and product information.
  • Analyze campaign performance and utilize insights to enhance campaigns and customer lifecycles, aiming to boost engagement rates, repeat purchases, and redemption activity.
  • Take charge of member acquisition and engagement KPIs, supervise data analysis, and produce regular reports for stakeholders throughout SAPAC.
  • Proactively manage schedules, deliverables, and communication to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Who Are We Seeking?
  • Ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Interest in CRM/Analytics would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and leveraging insights for campaign enhancement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility based on company needs.
