Operations & Facilities Admin Assistant

JOB DUTIES
  1. Manage all correspondence and provide administrative support to
    the department
  2. Prepare and organise documents for meetings and presentations
  3. Assist with managing contracts and tenancy agreements
  4. Follow up with contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to
    agreements and prompt resolution of any issues
  5. Assist with the preparation and evaluation of tenders
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices related to
    contract and tenancy management, and recommend appropriate improvements
  7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations &
    Facilities Manager
