Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of their team

Job Duties:- Attending to customer enquiries on Rewards Program, feedback and membership account servicing across all channels - Be the first contact and primary interface between all relevant stakeholders & maintain ownership of interactions throughout the lifecycle - Identify and escalate issues when required & maintain effective communications with stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory resolution of the cases within a reasonable timeline- Review and enhance work processes with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements- Minimum GCE O Level with 2 - 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in contact center- Resourceful, possess good communication & inter-personal skills- Proactive and attentive to details- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

Other InformationSalary Up to $2700 (Basic + Allowance + Incentive)Working hours 9am to 9pm (Shift, 2 days work, 2 days off)
