Job Responsibilities :

  • Knowledge in preparing full set
    of shipping documents and permit declaration e.g. DO, Invoice,
    Packing List, Goods Receipt, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB.
  • Liaise with the forwarders and
    shipping agents for export shipments.
  • Prepare and submit bank documents
    for L/C, DAP, CAD terms.
  • Respond to customer
    inquiries.
  • Generate POs to suppliers.
  • Work on CRM/SAP related system
    for goods receivable, invoicing, and matching.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc
    operational tasks as needed.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum Diploma in Admin Business, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant
    working experience with good knowledge of L/C, UPC 600 rules,
    sales/purchase contracts, familiar with trade terms etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    (Excel & Word) and Pdf.
  • Able to work well under fast
    paced environment.
  • Possess good working attitude
    & have strong sense of responsibility.
  • Effective communication and
    interpersonal skills.
  • 5-day work week.
