Duties

  • Assist customers and ensure top-notch service
  • Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS)
  • Conduct daily cash reconciliation for POS and BSS
  • Provide bag wrapping and promote baggage services
  • Manage baggage deposits following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Conduct bag searches in line with security protocols
  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)

  • Experience with POS system preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Able to secure Airport Pass (Airside)
  • Capable of lifting up to 25kg
  • Singaporean citizenship required

*6 days work week*

*Permanent fixed shift available - Afternoon: 2.40pm - 11pm

    • Monday to Sunday: Afternoons
