In SATS Catering, the Bill of Materials (BOM) of each dish is integral to costing and production planning activities. The Recipe Database Section (RDS) Supervisor leads the RDS team to work with the Chefs, Production Team, Marketing Managers and Airline Relationship Managers to manage these dish BOMs and other related master data in SAP S4 HANA.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the SAP Master Data for various data objects (eg, Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, Raw Materials). Function as a data steward to determine and enforce guidelines to ensure proper and effective management of SAP data. Identify, manage, resolve and escalate as needed data management issues and risks Responsible for the timely creation of codes and BOMS to support Menu Summary changes and Special Meal requests for Production. Update menu summaries with SAP codes and upload dish photos. Assist Production Team and Chefs with changes to SAP master data (Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing, Production Version) Work closely with Marketing Managers and Airline Relationship Managers during Meal Presentations (MPs). Participate and attend MPs. Before MP, create BOMs for costing purposes. During MP, take notes of BOM changes. After MP, manage the amendments and update menu summary with SAP codes and relevant photo specifications. Liaise with Purchasing team on new raw material creation, its naming convention, UOM and conversion factor if required Any other tasks assigned by MDM Executive and MDM Lead

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in any discipline is preferred Possess effective decision-making, problem solving, communication and training skills; Be able to use PCs and computer systems related to area of work.
