Responsibilities:
•You will be part of a team of Client Service Associates in a contact centre environment
•Conduct tele-engagements to seniors, check-in and assess if there's any changes to their health and social circumstances
•Maintain a professional level of care and services
•Any other duties assigned from time to timeRequirements:
•GCE 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC OR Diploma holder
•Preferably 1-year of contact centre / eldercare experience
•Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
•Proficient in 2 or more languages and dialects speaking ability in order to communicate with seniors who are not conversant in English
•Good computer skills
•Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
Roles:
•Inbound call for 24/7 - rotating 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays. (additional night shift allowance)
•Outreach team - Office hours Mon to Fri
•Tele-befriending role - Office hours Mon to Fri
