Job Responsibilities:

  • Waiting for pre-alert either release or arrange delivery
  • Go warehouse check the cargo if there are any discrepancies & ask for instructions from your team leader.
  • Waiting for Customer Services to pass down jobs to follow Shipping instructions & create draft AWBs for customers /Overseas Agents to check
  • Once Cargo is back to the warehouse; prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, and key submission to Airlines/Terminal
  • Go to the warehouse to check the cargo, paste Airline label on the cargo
  • Need to liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check e-mail.
  • Pre-declare Customs permits.
  • Submission Shpt detail through the website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
  • Do billing, send emails, etc.. related to operation- AIR Import / Export.

Requirements:

  • Able to support overtime
  • Able to speak Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
