Temporary Curriculum and Faculty Appointments Coordinator

Job Description:
The Temporary Curriculum and Faculty Appointments Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the curriculum development and faculty appointment processes. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs and the effective management of faculty appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop, review, and update curriculum content, ensuring alignment with program objectives and accreditation standards.
- Assist in coordinating faculty recruitment, appointments, and development activities, including organizing seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage administrative aspects of academic programs, such as scheduling classes, maintaining student records, and coordinating assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback from stakeholders, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry partners, to enhance program quality and relevance.
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices in curriculum design and faculty development, and recommend innovative approaches.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to curriculum and faculty appointments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration
- Experience in curriculum development, faculty support, or program administration in a higher education setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
