- Perform general administrative duties
- To assist in data entry, organization of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties
- Attend to queries via calls
- Provide administrative support to the other department such as safety department etc
- Support and assist in office activities and operations
- Provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin/Marketing/Human Resource/Finance or related field
- Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30pm
- Able to commit at least 4 months which will be optimal option.
- Proficient in using excel
- Fluent in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start immediately
