Job Scope:
Maintain Local Accounts Payable invoices, check, and match PO with invoices. Ensure that the selected cost center & category is correct.
Cast the GL code by caliber & cost center on each invoice, Input it to SAP.Prepare a Checklist & scan invoices to the shops for indirect material stock preparation.
Prepare consumption reports by each shop & forecast on indirect materialsLiaise with production PIC & vendors in regard to invoices disputes or problems.
Update of existing and new vendors / customer details to submit to Finance for approval.Raise monthly journals for accrual, medical and freight charges.
Two-way checking for AX system (Production breakdown report vs Shop details report.
