Job SummaryThe candidate will assume responsibility for coordinating air ticket bookings and correspondence for corporate clients. Additionally, they should possess experience in itinerary design, cost estimation and etc
Job Descriptions
- Facilitate ticketing services, hotel reservations, VISA processing, and provide travel advice.
- Issue tickets, hotel accommodations, tours, and transfers through both online and offline company channels.
- Manage the quotation, reservation, and issuance of group tickets.
- Supervise the Reservations Team and extend support as needed.
- Communicate with clients via phone or email to address their travel needs, including the sale of Domestic/Outbound Tour Packages and understanding package requirements.
- Develop, plan, and provide quotes for travel itineraries.
- Make and confirm bookings and generate invoices.
- Handle travel insurance matters.
- Design promotional materials for our products on official social media platforms
- Attend to other miscellaneous tasks, including handling inquiries and sales related to JR Passes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the relevant field.
- Effective verbal communication skills over the phone, coupled with active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Amadeus (GDS)/ Abacus/ Galileo/ Sabre system.
