HR Executive

- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations and insurance claims
- Monitor work pass expiry.
- Application of driving license for foreign drivers.
- Process WICA claims, insurance and medical claims.
- Manage and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Set up, schedule and coordinate interview sessions with candidates
- Prepare employment agreements for successful candidates
- Prepare certification letters
- Update and track hiring status for reporting
- Generate monthly incentive list
- Process foreign workers' levy and SDF.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Nitec Cert in Human Resource preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and HR software
- Familiar using SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
- Can start work immediately.
