Job Highlights:

Sales –
Oversee all sales and enquiries of sports accessories via various channels
Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
Schedule and coordinate with clients on accessories delivery and sports courts/field maintenance
Assist operations in coordination and administrative (paperwork include tender) matters
Overall provide smooth coordination for the daily flow of operations
Administrative –
Answer phones calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
Manage and update company databases
Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a post-secondary certification
Relevant working experience would be advantageous
Must have computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and in a team
Open to learning and adaptable to changes
Good time management and organisational skills
