You are hired as a Salesforce Technical Consultant to work in a Whole-of-Government project within an Agile development team to deliver high-quality software application: Attractive salary package and compensation (Annual Leave up to 21 days) 5 days work week from Monday to Friday (Hybrid working arrangement) Pioneer member in implementing Salesforce projects with the Agile team Contributing to Singapore Government sector Responsibilities: * Co-led the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on Government agencies\' requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs, and translate them into technical requirement. Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs, custom user interface development, etc Integrate Salesforce APIs with 3rd party systems and WOG components/services Hands-on configuration in administration setup such as managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, etc Provide level 3 support on incidents, problems, and service request Develop & maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards & ensure filing of relevant information Requirements: min.
