About Lark Salesforce Team

Lark Salesforce Team is responsible for managing and implementing Salesforce, a powerful customer relationship management system, to support the Lark Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

With the support of Salesforce, we help our sales and marketing teams to better understand and engage with our customers, track key performance metrics, and ultimately drive revenue growth for our business.


Responsibilities:


The Salesforce Solution Architect is a global role, focusing on designing scalable Salesforce solutions to be deployed across all markets.

You will be responsible for driving the design and development of the Salesforce product to support the scaling and growth of our organisation.


  • Design and review scalable solutions that allows us to extend solutions with agility to new business units and markets
  • Integrating Salesforce with other technologies, including our proprietary backend systems
  • Drive discussions with various stakeholders from discovery to delivery of solution
  • Drive internal product roadmaps (LTC tools), balancing the business needs of different teams
  • Aligning functional requirements with Salesforce features and functionality
  • Sharing best practices related to solution delivery and positioning
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, communication and decisionmaking skills
  • Min 3 years of experience in Salesforce products with indepth knowledge of the various product offerings
  • Prior track record in delivering complex salesforce solution
  • Problem solver, ability to break down a business use case into a series of actionable steps and map out dependencies
  • Demonstrated good communications skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Relevant Salesforce certification will be advantageous (eg Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect)
