The Salesforce Einstein Architect role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and supporting Salesforce solutions specifically from the AI perspective for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities Experience developing mission critical applications in agile environment Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with fellow engineers, cross-functional teams and business partners to develop high-quality applications Knowledge of DevOps tools such as CodeDeploy, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible is highly desirable Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenId Connect, OAuth 2.0) Exposure to designing and building framework or platform Candidate should have good exposure and experience on below: with agile development methodologies and TDD working in with full lifecycle implementations with integrations third party applications with sales cloud implementation with Lightning UI in building custom applications using APEX, Lightning and UI related coding technologies with source driven development using GIT, ANT & IDE like IntelliJ or VS Code on Einstein Analytics on Communities (Partner community is preferred) on building mobile responsive custom lightning component on Internationalization Qualifications: Extensive years of experience in handling large delivery engagements with a strong experience in managing SFDC programs Expertise configuring the following capabilities: Einstein Activity Capture, Einstein Automated Contacts, Tableau CRM Automated Contacts Dashboard, Einstein Lead Scoring Experience setting up Dashboards to provide Insights into company-level predictive factors, lead conversion rates, and top lead sources. Experience building Smarter Pipelines with Einstein Forecasting. Extensive expertise in understanding and designing using Einstein Analytics Proficiency in defining intuitive, insightful, actionable and compelling Einstein Analytics reports and dashboards Deep knowledge and expertise across the platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including experience delivering complex SFDC solutions Has delivered multiple full end-to-end implementations/projects, especially including highly integrated/complex ecosystems. Understands how to deliver capabilities on Salesforce AppExchange products Strong program management and problem-solving skills Should have excellent presentation and written communications skills Strong Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies Exceptionally strong in scope management Has ownership for key projects\' timelines, deliverables, budget and metrics Proven ability to efficiently manage a portfolio and drive operational improvements Should be flexible in time and attitude Works independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders/ and projects Hands on experience with setting up branching strategy, version control & CICD Mandatory Platform Developer I Salesforce Application Architect Project Management or Delivery focused certification Desirable Platform Developer II Salesforce System Architect Integration Architecture certified TOGAF Certified If you are a forward-thinking professional with a passion for AI and a proven track record in delivering intelligent solutions on the Salesforce platform, we invite you to join our team.
