POSITION PROFILE:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a strong background in electronic engineering to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

*Business Development*

  • Conduct annual sales target settings and meet achievement.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets based on assigned customer accounts.
  • Expand the customer base with internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
  • Attain sales targets, analyze demand, negotiate prices, manage RFQs and pricing, and prepare quarterly business activity reports and opportunity applications.

*Client Relationship Management*

  • Responsible to manage a group of customers, works closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and perform sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct Business Meetings/negotiations and Customer Visitations
  • Handling complaints, and executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers.

*Technical Consultation*

  • Utilize electronic engineering expertise to provide technical consultation to clients.
  • Explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to assist clients in making informed decisions.

*Product Demonstrations*

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products. Highlight how our solutions can meet the specific needs of potential clients.

*Sales Negotiation*

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Attain sales targets, analyze demand, negotiate prices, manage RFQs and pricing, and prepare quarterly business activity reports and opportunity applications.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

*Market Research*

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to support continuous improvement and innovation.

*Reporting*

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Possess strong understanding on the functionalities of discrete component (capacitor, inductor and noise filter) how the specifications and parameters changes affect the circuitry performance level.
  • Able to perform customers' technical needs and competitor's technology analysis at component &/or device levels to craft road-to-win proposal to multinational based customers.
  • Excellent working experience and prior power related system knowledge to lead development in industrial and Energy markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in sales or business administration are a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B experience in sales, business development in Automotive or Semiconductors industry
  • Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to identify client needs, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
