The Job:

  • As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists to enhance sell-out of the products and secure targeted market share for Singapore market.
  • Driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing revenues in a dynamic environment.
  • Actively building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Provide training and guidance sales promoter and establish a consistent coaching program for the store to track and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Responsible for sales performance report.
  • Conduct competitors' analysis and stay on market trends.

The Talent:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Retail / Hospitality Experience.
  • 6 years in consumer electronic home appliances/ retail services and 4 years of supervisory experience as a team manager.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess own vehicle
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
