Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily Logistics operations.
  • Ensure logistics operations and asset complies to regulatory and internal policies requirements.
  • Raise Purchase Requisition upon Management Approval and perform Goods Receipt timely.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for Application of cash-equivalent items such as fuel cards, cashcards for Logistics operations.
  • Perform Reconciliation of cash-equivalent items on the monthly basis and report to Management.
  • Perform proper and timely recording of Logistical Assets in company system and ensure records are up to date.
  • Oversee contracts to ensure validity before expiration.
  • Ensure proper documentations for all administrative duties.
  • Generating of reports for Management Reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities and duties when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business/Logistics/Compliance Related discipline.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.
  • Meticulous and strong attention to details.
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field will have advantage,
  • Able to start work with short notice.
  • Working Location: Bedok
