Office Admin Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to provide administrative and logistics support for our centralised admin, procurement and logistics department.
Responsibilities
- Support import/export shipments and local deliveries with forwarders and couriers, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
- Manage general office administrative duties such as filing and keeping proper records and other adhoc duties as may be assigned
- Work closely with the team members for any new projects assigned
- Must travel to visit project sites in Singapore
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec (Business Admin)
- 12 years of experience in the office admin, logistics, procurement, or relevant field
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Wellorganised and meticulous
- Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Team player and selfmotivated
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, administrative and communication skills
- Responsive, responsible, outgoing and fast learner
