Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmORShift work: any 8.5 hours between 8am - 1:30am, Monday to Sunday (More allowance)Job Scope - Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues related to products and services- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints and concerns- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry developments- Meet and exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction targets
