Supply Chain Assistant/Executive

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring smooth coordination between local sales and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Operations departments to ensure timely processing, packing, and delivery of sales orders.
  • Prepare essential documentation, including delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Document sales transactions in the SAP system accurately, and handle after-retail sales services.
  • Address customer queries and concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform follow-up actions with the finance department to ensure payment is received and close sales
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales and supply chain performance.
  • Generate insightful reports for continuous process improvement, when required.

Requirement:

  • Diploma, preferably in logistics/supply chain/operations, or equivalent.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin/English-speaking clients/stakeholders.
  • Willing to take up ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
  • Experienced candidates may be considered for the Supply Chain Executive role.
