Your Roles

  • Coordinate and process customers' orders and suppliers' stock availability & deliveries.
  • Handle Import & Export documentations (BL/Packing Lists/Invoices/Certificate of Origin etc.
  • Coordinate on order processing, shipment and invoicing with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders on purchases, shipments, Marketing and Sales Plan.
  • Checking incoming and outgoing goods, maintain proper paperwork, packing and processing.
  • To track open Purchase Orders to ensure timely closure.
  • Complete related adhoc operations tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
- equivalent.

  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication (oral & written) skill in English is a prerequisite.
  • Posses good IT skills and able to thrive in a technology driven workplace would be beneficial.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Accounting Data entry or equivalent would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge in international trade, operations & logistics flow.
  • Able to lift heavy items for job purposes.
  • Able start work on immediate / short notice.
