People Management

Involved in Recruitment of Store, Main Employee, Train and Develop- Onboarding, Coordinate Training Plans and Objectives, Developing Individual Career Paths and Performance Management - Work with the Country Manager on Store/Individual KPIs- Performance Review- Propose internal promotion/transfer- Conduct/Plan Store Briefing, Store Roaster- Grooming/Behaviour according to SOP- Work with HR

Sales Management

Responsible for Daily Operations, Sales and Profitability - Set KPIs and Communicate on the hourly sales achievement- Ensure Team aware of Brand Promotions, Incentives, and Complimentary Gift Wrapping- Work with the Team on Sales Floor to achieve KPIs- Knowledge of Competitors Promotion- Analyse Sales, KPIs, Store Activity to propose action plan- Accountable for Cost Management- Monitor Profit and Loss- Build strong relationship with loyal customers and manage feedback- Store is trained on Mystery Shopper Standard- Maintain Team's high level of motivation and offer the best customer service- Merchandising guidelines and planograms are followed- Work with Supply Chain Team and Monitor stock inventory - Train staff on cash handling and shortage prevention procedures- Ensure that store funds and deposits are maintained
